By commission me, you agree that you are over 18 years of age and you agree with these T.o.S.;

I hold all copyrights to my work and may use it for my own promotion, advertising and artbooks, even if the work depicts your character. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only, with the exception of adopts, references and customs, which are transferred with commercial rights;

I do not guarantee that I will post artwork that I have done for you on my page. But you have the right to post the art wherever you want, but you must credit me as the artist;

I start work after full prepayment;

Payment via Boosty (card only), Hipolink (card only) or EasyStart (PayPal and card);

Payment plan is OK, but all terms are negotiated personally. I set different thresholds for the payment plan on sales. On average the amount should be paid in two month, sometimes in a three month or four months if the amount is large and you have problems with finances (well, or you are a close friend of mine and I can trust you);

I don't do refunds

If you're not sure you can make a payment, please don't place a bid;

You risk being blacklisted for quietly removing a bet;

If you do not pay within two days of the end of the auction/sale, I will be forced to cancel your bid. Exception: you give notice that you are out of town, busy, etc., that's ok!

You can dispose of the character however you want;

The commercial right is transferred to you after you purchase the character

Before you make a payment, you must detail the idea for the art and attach all the necessary references. This is done so that I know what to paint and would be willing to give it up if it's not feasible for me;

If the character is too heavy for me, as well as the details and ideas of the art, then I can request a surcharge for this, or refuse to work. All this is negotiated personally;

My deadline is a month to five months, for each work and ych is set individually;

I always send you the stages of the work so you don't have to worry. All major edits are made after I send you the sketch. Please consider whether you are happy with everything at this stage. In later stages it will be more difficult for me to change anything, and I may refuse to make changes, or ask for extra payment for them;

Edits for commission, references, ych: The first 3 edits are free. Then I will have to charge between $5 and $10 for each edit. Edits for custom: I provide a few design ideas for you to choose from. I make a moderate number of edits to make you happy with the design, but if there are too many edits, I may ask for an additional fee. Between $5 and $10 for each edit. WARNING: Edits are free in case I, as an artist, made a mistake in drawing a character, something is not drawn, I forgot about some details. If you're just unhappy with something, but I don't make mistakes, then the edits start counting up from free to paid;

If you don't want me to post art before a certain date, let me know. I will understand and post the art when the date is right
